At Cozymi, we work with trusted suppliers to deliver your products directly to your door.

📦 Processing time: Orders are processed within 6–24 hours.
🌍 Shipping time: Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.
📧 Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
🚫 Please note: As we work with a dropshipping model, orders may arrive in separate packages if you purchased multiple items.

Shipping times may vary due to high demand, customs delays, or other factors outside our control.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction matters to us. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

Returns:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To request a return, contact us at info.cozymi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges:

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item.

Non-returnable items:

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
Items returned after the 14-day window.

⚠️ Please note: As we operate with a dropshipping model, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
